UBS Group, a global wealth management corporation, secured two entire floors in a future Class A office building that’s still being developed in Coral Gables, the project’s developer stated.
Constellation Group announced that UBS signed a long-term lease for a 33,180-square-foot space at 4225 Ponce, an eight-story, 84,000-square-foot office project slated for completion in the third quarter of 2025.
UBS’ wealth management division will relocate from 550 Biltmore Way and into the fifth and sixth floors of 4225 Ponce once the space is ready, a spokeswoman for Constellation Group stated.
Stephen Rutchik and Kevin Gonzalez of Colliers represented developer Constellation Group in the lease negotiations. Tony Jones of Cushman & Wakefield represented UBS.
