Developers launch condo sales in mixed-use Coral Gables building (Photos)

Constellation Group and the Boschetti Group launched condo sales in Cora, a mixed-use building planned in Coral Gables.

Situated on the 0.68-acre site at 4241 Aurora St. near the Shops at Merrick Park, the 13-story building would feature 74 condos, 13,000 square feet of offices on the second and third floors, and 8,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. The developers touted the health and wellness features of the building, including advanced air and water filtration systems, red light therapy panels, and natural materials in the design. Lamarca Well was hired to help with those wellness features.

The focus for the condos will be on end-users, with short-term rentals not permitted.

Condos in Cora would range from 678 square feet with one bedroom to 2,651 square feet with three bedrooms. Prices start in the $900,000s.

“At Cora, our mission is to create a new exceptional living standard by naturally fusing wellness into all aspects of the project’s DNA – ultimately enhancing health, longevity, and well-being without disrupting daily life,” said Eduardo Otaola, managing principal at Constellation Group. “With Cora, we are introducing many firsts for Coral Gables, including the first rooftop padel court, and developing a 5,000-square-foot, lush park featuring renowned art, creating a direct, walkable connection between the building and the Shops at Merrick Park.”
