The city’s Development Review Committee will consider plans for 299 Minorca on the10,341-square-foot site at 299 Minorca Ave., at the northeast corner of Salzedo Street, onJune 28. Miami-based Minorca Ventures LLC, led by Eduardo Otaola of ConstellationGroup and Jose Boschetti of Boschetti Group, acquired the property for $2.9 million inDecember in a deal the county property appraiser indicates was to prevent foreclosure.
